Q. How Long Does it Take to Get my Order?

Since every item is made custom to your order, we do require a 3-5 day production time prior to shipping. Then, depending on the carrier/shipping company, a 3-5 day shipping time on average. Most people get their orders within 7-10 business days. Depending on the product, it could be earlier or later.

Q. My Order has been sent, why don't I see a Tracking Number Yet?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the carrier's tracking system.

Q. Do You Ship to My Country?

Yes - We ship to all countries, all around the world.

Q. Order Says Delivered, But My Package is Not Here?

Don't be alarmed - We will ensure that you receive your items or your money back. First, most people find their package within their mailbox (or office if in an apartment).

Second, this is also sometimes a common error we've seen after shipping over 20,000 packages - sometimes the carrier scans the tracking as delivered when it arrives to their office, prior to actually being delivered.

Please give it another 2-3 days after marked delivered to contact us.

Q. My item is damaged - how can I get a new one?

We stand behind our products! No need to send it back - simply send a photo of the damaged product to hi@rideirie.com and we'll get another sent out to you.

Q. How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed if you contact us within 2 hours of making the order.

Once the order goes into production, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Q. What quality can I expect on my purchases?

We only use clothing and items made from trusted brands, guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of durability and washability.

You won't be getting a thick heavy vinyl-coated tshirt that will have you panting like a dog on a hot summer day. All of our garments have been tested for the best printing results.
